Harry “Dimchae” Na manages the day-to-day operations of Wehitfairways. From product development and manufacturing to logistics and quality control, he makes sure ideas turn into products that meet the brand’s standards — and actually arrive when they’re supposed to.

Sam Heung Min keeps everything on track. He handles timelines, campaign schedules, launches, and shoots, making sure all the moving parts line up so the brand can do what it says it will, when it says it will.
