This Shipping Policy explains how orders from wehitfairways.com are processed, shipped, and delivered, including fulfilment locations, delivery timeframes, and international shipping considerations.


1. Fulfilment Locations

Orders are shipped from one of our fulfilment centres depending on product availability and destination:

  • New Zealand Warehouse – for orders shipping to New Zealand, Australia, parts of Asia, and selected international destinations

  • United States Warehouse – for orders shipping within the United States and selected international destinations

We reserve the right to fulfil orders from either location to ensure timely delivery.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

  • During peak periods, processing times may be longer

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most international destinations, including:

  • New Zealand

  • Australia

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Europe

  • Asia-Pacific

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to that destination is currently unavailable.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • package weight and size

  • fulfilment location

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

New Zealand

  • 2–5 business days

Australia

  • 5–10 business days

United States

  • 3–7 business days

Canada

  • 7–14 business days

International (Europe & Rest of World)

  • 7–21 business days


6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Prices shown at checkout do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees, unless stated otherwise

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

  • Shipping Contribution: We cover up to $150 USD toward worldwide shipping costs. This contribution applies to the shipping charge only and does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any shipping costs exceeding $150 USD will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Tracking & Delivery Issues

All orders are shipped with tracking where available.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • please check with neighbours or your local delivery service first

  • contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by the carrier

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.
You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment if this occurs.


9. Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.


10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos (if applicable)

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
